A wonderful cow has been born in Sarbhanga Gaushala, which has the moon in front of it, which is known as Chandrayani Cow. This cow has such a big impact that the wishes of the people who visit it from the mother are fulfilled. Chandrayani Cow is present in India today. Till now no one else has been seen or heard of. Due to the influence of this cow, the Ashram has been running in an auspicious location. Durga Ashram Sarbhanga is considered a symbol of history in itself. It is mentioned in the ancient Purana Ramcharati Manas that Lord Shri Ram himself had arrived here and Mata Janaki herself used to come to this temple and worship the Goddess.
It is said that this The temple belongs to that era. After this this temple has been renovated. And also, many public welfare steps have been taken through this Ashram, in which, first of all, through Shri Durga Ashram Old Age Seva Samiti, service to the elderly who have become homeless and arrangements for shelter and food for their living have been made through this Ashram.
Also, in view of the killing of cows in today's era, a Cow Protection Center has been established in the name of Shri Durga Gau Seva Samiti. In today's time, where there is no pace of development anywhere in this desolate forest and there is no facility anywhere, the establishment of this institute in such a place and moving forward for public welfare is a big achievement in itself. Providing medical facilities and organizing camps for the poor and elderly is done through this institute.
Durga Ashram is established in your Majhigawan Block, District Satna, which is at a distance of 15 kilometers from Majhigawan Railway Station, 40 kilometers from Satna and about 70 kilometers from Rewa.
